Burnt Biscuit is South Florida's hottest country and western band with an extensive song list that includes today's hot country hits as well as great country classics, rock-n-roll favorites and Burnt Biscuit originals. The group is comprised of Del Mize (guitar, harmonica, vocals), Roger White (keyboards, vocals), Gwen Bishop (fiddle, banjo, guitar, vocals), Mike Burns (bass, vocals). and Scott Craig (drums). These five very talented musicians have played across the country and have had the privilege of opening for many national acts including Collin Raye, Lonestar, Rascal Flatts, and John Anderson to name a few.

Each member of Burnt Biscuit brings years of experience, a unique style and outstanding musicianship to the group, which allows them the versatility to entertain at a wide variety of venues. Burnt Biscuit is driven by their passion for music and their unyielding desire to entertain. Their energy is contagious and easily flows over to the crowd they are entertaining. The band now lives in the Palm Beach area where they are currently playing locally and working on original material for their upcoming CD that is a guaranteed foot stompin', seat of your pants, jaw droppin' hit!
